You color my eyes red Your loves not live its dead This letters written itself inside out again Winter. Snow. White. Pure. How else could she describe the day? It was white, snowy, winter and pure. Like yesterday, and the day before, and the day before, and so on and so forth. Ever since this summoning into the human world, she’s been doing loads of thinking, and talking to Demetrius had not help one bit. Instead, he made it worse, than it should be. She sighed, palms against the window pane, as she watched from inside the school, to the outside, where those humans were, in the courtyard. Her seductive grays keeping intact with one, someone who had caused all this chasing about. Audrey. The feline demon, who had half of hell court’s loyal men hidden under those heels of hers. Then there was the ‘friendly’ rivalry between her and some of Hell Court’s female demons. What a name, she had made for herself. Everyone knew the Audrey which stands tall, smiling that seductive smile. But do they know the other Audrey? The one who had actually thought out sense in this childish battles. She knew, nobody would. Its just normal, for people to think her, as manipulative, sexy and overall, pregnant dogy. That was how she is. The part of her. Punishments didn’t bother her. Go ahead. She knew she was a bad girl. Threats turned around, to face her deceiving needs. Lust. Never did satisfy her. She never was satisfied. She did something, to have what she want, that was how she worked with, a motive.
And now, her mind was corrupted with so many things, that she was at a lost to what she should do first. The amulet chase, wasn’t in one of her to-do lists. It was just a matter of occupying time. But, that d**n amulet was what got her into this mess. How she watched enviously, for the first time, when she could no longer hold the physical attraction for a certain ‘prince’. It started those words she spoke to Demetrius. How she exhausted her power. How she thought of what would happen, if either sides really do get the amulet. And what of her? She took a deep breath, before slowly, her head leaned onto the cold glass, her fingers clenching into fists, as her nails sunk into her soft flesh. If only time could rewind itself. She cursed Alexander, for involving her in this goose chase. She stood straight, as her fingers slowly fingered the plait mini skirt. As often, one wonders, how she could wear such little clothing in this frighteningly cold weather. Would she not get frozen? And now, what with her dampened mood, she’d have to snap at men, causing a distress to herself and much of the male population. Was this the Audrey, most knew? Dear dear…. What a twist in things.
Her fingers couldn’t help twirling a lock of her hair, as she walked slowly, her eyes still staring out of the window, her strides slow and staggering, as if she was about to fall any moment. She walked on, unaware of what would she be meeting soon, what was in store for her. As her mind, battled on what to solve first. Usually, she always had her problems solved in a jiffy, or she would have someone settle it for her. But now, what with all this, she had to think out a way. Why, was she acting so strangely? It’s Lysander… He’s just a play toy… Isn’t he? Her heart seemed to contort as she winced, biting her lips hard. No. This was no time to think about that d**ned demon. He was nothing, compared to what she had to think of. As a demon, it was right to hate humans, but to her, everything as of an equal status. Be it humans or the other plants and animals. It irked her to think about these stuff. A small smirk appeared on her bubblegum pink lips, reluctantly as she forced herself to leave the school for a pub, once more.
Do you think that’ll help?
Face it,
You’re just trying to run away from reality….
Again. That bloody voice, She hated it. Even more than she hated Harper. No. Even more than how she despised these problems of hers. If only, this would stop. Everything was tiwisting her life, more than what she had expected. Her fingers let go of the dark brown lock, as she cuddled herself, her arms hugging her tummy. As her eyes averted onto the floor . Those very eyes that saw what nobody did. Somehow, she had to finish this off. Even without that blasted Demetrius, she’d be able to finish this. All she wanted now, was some fun, and if that voice were to keep nagging once more…. Well, let’s just hope it doesn’t.
Ooc: Sowwiie! Its kinda rushed and baaad

``the fire that burns within face it, you're never going to winBeing an angel had its own advantages, Nicholas had to admit. For one, everyone just seemed to realize that there was something that little bit special about him. For whatever reason they thought it was, good genes, or maybe his parents made him eat his vegetables and run around outdoors a lot, but regardless, it gave him an instant sort of respect from the masses. Of course, that could have just been his natural kind of grace, you know the one, like in video clips where in slow motion, the guy would walk down the corridor, tousle his hair and instantly all the girls around him would swoon? Yep, welcome to Nick’s life. Another advantage of being supernatural in a perfectly ordinary world was the distinct physical advantage. It was barely a surprise when Nick rose through the ranks of the football team to become their superstar in a mere week. There was even talk of electing him captain. Sure, it had given him a lot of friends quickly; connections were valuable in a foreign place. But of course, jealous humans meant many enemies. Though humans were the last of Nick’s worries.
Being an angel on earth also meant something else. If you were there, the most likely scenario was that the demons weren’t far behind. I don’t know why it’s so surprising really, if angels exist, then why not demons? But they’re not the horrible, pus oozing, human eating, one eyed, one horned flying purple people eaters that everyone thought they were. No, actual as Nick was about to find out, Demons could be surprisingly good looking. Bright blue eyes twinkled as Nick walked casually down the hall. Football training in winter was brutal, but as the obviously army hardened coach had spouted again and again it ‘helped keep them at the top of their game’. Fair enough for the angel who was more than physically fit to handle the cool weather training, but he did pity the others on his team. Hi thingyy arrogance always won out in the end, reveling in the glory of being number one. It was something he’d always enjoyed, winning, but in the larger scheme of things, he was just about ready to give up.
Word had finally come of the Amulet. After a week of fruitless searching, they had discovered the one who carried the amulet. The one problem was, the demons had already known who had the amulet for that entire week. A definite set back, but Gloria was working on it. With his sudden engagement to Alice, which had put him in the worst spirits and potentially ruined his relationship with Alice, the one definite fact was the Nick was a little vulnerable at present. Well, make that very vulnerable. As he turned the corner, he was faced with someone hugging themselves. Strange, but with humans you never knew. Caught off guard by his guardian angel side which always came out in the most inappropriate of moments, he instantly walked towards he, hoping to comfort her. But as he got closer, his natural instincts took over and he felt what he had neglected before, demon, and enemy.
“So it’s true, Earth has made the Demon’s soft”
He mocked before catching a glimpse of her face. The sight nearly knocked him backwards, shocking him fully. The only way that Nick had previously run into demons was purely in the spirit of war. He’d never seen a female demon that looked so purely … innocent standing there. Pushing the ridiculous thoughts away, he regained his composure, thinking himself a total idiot. Just because she was gorgeous …
“Stunning is more like it” his thoughts got the better of him, “Stop it, she’s a demon, remember?” the more logical side of him retaliated. When he woke up this morning, he knew it was going to be a very strange and trying day.
OOC-Ah! Please that post was amazing. I'm sick and slightly dizzy and very sorry I haven't posted sooner, so I think I'm the one who should be worried that my post sucks!

Sit in the light to make the dark... A little darker and I dance to move only you And I fight to kiss and make up “So it’s true, Earth has made the Demon’s soft”
Her eyes remained on the ground, not wanting to look up. If it was any of those angels, trying to mess with her, they’d be wishing she was the last thing they’d be messing with. But that voice, was so unfamiliar, she really did not mind, letting the mockery sweep her off, unbalanced. Maybe, it was just her, but it seemed that, she wasn’t really all feisty when it comes to meeting these angels. Awkward, isn’t it? Whereas the other demons start getting jumpy at the sight of angels, always getting into heated arguments or maybe a violent reaction, she’d stay put, and just smile, hiding away everything. Always perfecting the little charade she had always performed, countless times, that was her. That was life. Nothing more than a charade to play, having scripts to memorize and expressions to express. Though this is nothing more, than her fact on how life had her kept in this position for centuries, she would never once share the fact of how, someway or another, the angels are right. Humans are humans, they make mistakes, they aren’t gods, nor are they in control of what will happen to them. But it is their feelings and thoughts which would change their lives and decipher their fates. Sharing it with others, the demons especially, made her job even more difficult, as she would have easily steered of the path. Ah. Why this again? It hurt her poor little head how she kept thinking of her facts and points. What practically irked her was how close she was to not exactly be a demon, though it would be impossible. She sighed, her fingers playfully stroking her bare arm, as she turned to face the angel who said it. Oh. Her eyes glanced at his face curiously, and she couldn’t help but think of how he was engaged with that ‘prissy’ princess. If she’d know better, he was is one of the most toughest men in Heaven Court. Those seductive grays, as her pupils danced in them, shadowed by the seductiveness. He was a man of high status, though an angel, and she, a woman with high expectations. But she was in no mood for her usual plays, she’s….tired of everything. Yes. Things are getting much more quaint, knowing how she never really gave up. How Audrey seemed to fight to get what she wants. Those grays glanced his face thoughtfully, as her head tilted to one side. So this is the one, who was known for his ‘athletic’ uniqueness and that adorable baby face which could slip past anything. Her lips were kept into a straight line, as her eyes averted to his, seeing that shock in his, as much as she felt her eyes growing more intense on his face. It was as if something, pulling her to him, not wanting to hurt him in anyway. Not even seducing him. That look in his eyes, the look he gave her, it was different than that tone of voice he used with her. Her eyes never left him, though he seemed to gain back what he did just minutes ago, that same tone seemed to suit his face, as she giggled. He’s cute. Adorable even. It intimidated her somehow, that she hadn’t seen this guy anywhere before. Be careful Dri…
He’s one of them….
You won’t repeat the same mistake Mendolion made, won’t you?She bit her lip, as she forcefully pushed her eyes away from his face, turning from an angle to look out of the window. She won’t repeat what was history. No. What she had discovered and hated it deeply. There it was, how she begun to hate the angels, but how her facts and opinions caught her living to defend them against herself at times. Never really putting her best effort in the war. She never did like being part of this rat race, it brought alive the opinions which she had long abandoned, and the more she did it, the more her charade would soon be revealed. The humiliation she’d face, what agony. She gripped her arm tightly, as her nails sunk in, chewing more ferociously on her lips. It was for that moment, as if she ignored the angel. Those smiles she showed everyone. That seductivity, it was for her own gain, to push away those thoughts, as she feared, she would lose her powers, she would lose the flow. The title, as Hell Court’s ‘succubus’. She never did like competitions, though that was what caught her adrenaline going. She sighed, before her voice echoed, as if accompanied by the wind. “I don’t really get what you’re at.. Earth, making the demons soft? I’d say you’re soft. Has Alice…” She shuddered at that name, though her eyes remained on the ground. “Made you that way, or was it because, I’ve succeeded in having your attention?” Her voice was with a tone, though faint. Really, she did not want, nor did she feel it the right time to indulge him in this simple play, she started, but if it meant, she would get those opinions of hers away, she’d do it. Even if it would hurt her soon enough. She knew, either way, it’ll hurt. Trusting herself, and that dumb voice, she’d be aware when around this, stranger. Her eyes once more crossed his face, taking in those eyes, those high cheek bones and those lips, as she questioned him, her voice with pure innocence, as if she really was curious. If she were acting in any of those movies the humans were to create, she’d have easily received a Grammy award. Or whatever they call it. Innocence. Was but a factor she was used to go around with. Another, was Seductivity. If this will stop the nagging, she’d have to do it, won’t she? It certainly helped in more than a few cases, in which, everything, she had never regretted, though much, it did pierce her through and through. “What are you doing here Angel? Finding your ‘pretty’ princess? I’d say she’ll be bouncing around with those human friends of hers.” outofchocs:Naww! It was addooorrreeedd ((:[/blockquote][/blockquote]

``the fire that burns within face it, you're never going to win Nick snickered slightly. For once, a demon had nailed it right on the head. Not the part about him being soft, no not at all. He was a guy after all, a guy with an exceptionally big ego. He'd go all around town, do whatever to prove he wasn't soft. No, the part about Alice was what he was referring to. It was a little entertaining actually. She was hanging out with far too many humans as far as Nick was concerned. But who was he to talk really? Even he enjoyed the escape that this reality offered, one that he had rarely given the opportunity to experience. And as far as hanging out with humans was concerned, right now, he was 'hanging out with' for lack of better words, a demon. And not just any demon, but one that he couldn't help but notice was incredibly gorgeous. And not in just any way either. Her eyes were what drew him to her, they weren't like any he'd ever seen. Well, you know, that was what he'd be thinking about her eyes if he was attracted to her ... which he was wasn't.
"So, you've succeed in gaining my attention. Now what? Are we going to have at it here? Blast each other to a million pieces and expose both our races in front of this oblivious crowd of fragile humans?"
Nick smirked slightly at his comment. He knew he was right and well, he thought he was pretty d**n suave too. A little conceited, possibly. But the way Nick was brought up, he was always right. It had is disadvantages sure. Despite the slightly thingyy confidence it brought, it could also be used against him. A weakness of sorts that Gloria constantly warned him to keep check of, Nick wasn't exactly great at keeping himself in line. Thank goodness in this human world a flash of his smile was enough to get him out of most trouble he got into. Despite it all, he could almost hear Gloria in his head
Watch it Nick. You know you're good, but everyone has their flaws. Earth will bring challenges you've never faced before, be vigilant.
But right now the facts as far as Nick could see them were clear. Gloria wasn't here, he was on earth, perfectly capable of handling himself and even though he was currently keeping company with a demon, they were in perfect view of half the school so nothing extremely bad could happen. He brought his attention back to said demon now, awaiting her answer.

Blast each other to a million pieces and expose both our races in front of this oblivious crowd of fragile humans?"
Her eyes narrowed slightly at this, the smirk on his face intimidated her, as much as how his presence just seemed to have brought back part of her life. She watched him for a moment, as his voice echoed back and forth in Audrey’s poor little head. She leaned forward against the railing, as she propped her hand up, her head resting lazily on her palm, she bent her body forwards, as a bored expression played on the troubled face of hers. It was clear how bad a day she had, but what with this angel’s sudden appearance, which engaged her in much of a fight, she decided to let it pass her. She wouldn’t want to tempt those wings of hers to strike out, and what with the humans, who have filled this very building. She sighed, restlessly, counting the humans below her, before standing straight once more, those eyes of hers lingered on her opponent’s face. If she could remember his name. The one, Lysander had told her about. The one, who lived longer to know most of these things. Ah. That was it. How he was smirking and she, deciding on her play of words, was somewhat awkward, as her tinkery laugh came out, glassy like, almost as if it was mocking. “Aaaw, jumpy aren’t you? I’m not Lysander you know… I don’t fight to solve.” She smirked back, willing him to say more. Someway or another, this was better than heading off in a pub down the streets for her little mischief display. She watched the angel, whose face, was innocent, something she felt never did exist. Well, look at Gloria, innocence is far of a word to describe her. But this angel, he was tempting her, to lay off his bad side, to bring out what was good of him. For a second there, she almost smiled, a genuine smile, which replaced her lips. Something she never showed anyone before, not even Lysander, the one she was after. Look away Dri.
Look away now…No. This was so… STOP She looked away, the other direction, her eyes wide, as she bit her lip, taking small breaths. What was this feeling? What was this unsettling feeling that churned her stomache, it was as if it burned, and the more she thought about it, the more she felt disturbed. Yet another thing that add to her daily matters. Was this his power? To silently burn someone? No. It- She shook her head, before she turned to the boy, no. Angel. She meant Angel. Unlike any other demon, she wouldn’t want to spoil for a fight, just because ‘coincidentally’ there’s an Angel right in front of her. Times and again, she had called herself weird for this. But times like this, it was most awkward for her to… almost feel like there’s something about this Angel that made her want to know more. Weird isn’t this?
And I just met him…..
Well not literally….
Have you forgotten how weird you are?She bit her lip, as yet another sigh escaped her pale lips, her head bowed down slightly, letting her hair flow past her shoulders, as she fingered the locket on her arm, comfortably surrounded by the silvery, metallic beads on the bracelet. Her eyes still refusing to look at the angel, for whatever reason. Well, she had no reason. It was just that unsettling feeling, she never felt before. It was as if, she wanted to smile, just watching how most angels react the same way, the others did. How they would ‘love’ to enjoy a lifetime’s fight with lil’ Audrey. “Hey… Tell me something… What will you do, after your side gets the amulet? Besides leaving for your home, that is…” Her voice came out, almost dreamy-like, as if she was possessed to say what she did. Slowly, she came to face him, her eyes curiously peering at his face, wondering if he were to be honest with her. She’d ‘had much interest, of what will happen? Will things remain the same? But, somehow, she felt… concern? Was it that? For it might affect everything. outofchocs: It was awesome![/blockquote] [/blockquote]

``everything I felt turns to dust they weren't my feelings to feel in the first place “Aaaw, jumpy aren’t you? I’m not Lysander you know… I don’t fight to solve.”
Oh, she was good. See, now she had him fully intrigued, something not many people had achieved. Then again, she was different to almost every other person he’d met. No, demon, every other demon he’d met. Person and demon was not the same thing, different in every respect as far as he’d been taught. Nick leant casually against the post with her, not aware if that was welcome, and not really caring either way. He watched interested as she looked below to the students and teachers scurrying around obliviously going on with their every day lives. An ignorance that neither of the two figures standing there had ever been blessed with. Sure, they got to escape into the human world, to ‘blend in’, always just pretending they were normal. All the while in the back of their head would be the knowledge that they were on a mission, that the fate of this realm and their own was resting on their shoulders. How many times had Nick glimpsed a necklace around an innocent person’s neck and nearly throttled them before he realized it wasn’t the one he was looking for. And how frustrated was he now that he knew who truly held the amulet and Alice was hanging around her like they were best friends. But it wasn’t her fault, he didn’t blame her. Alice was only trying to escape what they had going on too, he didn’t blame her.
He turned almost concerned when she turned away from him, as far he could tell she was hyperventilating. He could easily be wrong, but for the while he couldn’t help but be concerned. He reached out a hand to rest on her back in comfort but instantly he mentally slapped in back to his side.
“Idiot! What the hell are you thinking?! She demon, you Angel. This isn’t some innocent person, besides I doubt she wants you comforting her”
Silently Nick cursed himself and his arm hung loosely and awkwardly by his side. He had no idea what to do with it now.
“Hello genius! Do what you always do with your arm, act normal”
“Right” Nick agreed with himself, “Wait, what is it I normally do with my arm?” he panicked. He crossed it across his chest, but that only felt wrong, he placed them on the bar in front of him but again, all he felt was awkward. As she turned with her question, he found himself self consciously running his hand through his hair, jumpy and on edge. A stark contrast to how calm he’d been a second ago. This was ridiculous; he never didn’t know what to do around a girl he was trying to impress. Not that he was trying to impress her. He really hoped she didn’t notice his odd behaviour. He didn’t really care what she thought anyway. Nick’s attention was instantly drawn back to her as she spoke.
“Hey… Tell me something… What will you do, after your side gets the amulet? Besides leaving for your home, that is…”
An odd question. He hadn’t really thought about it to tell the truth. He’d thought more about what the demons would do if they got the Amulet. More nightmares than day dreams.
“Well, I’d give it to Gloria if I had it and then she’d … we’ll she’d ... ”
He racked his brains. Gloria had never discussed what she’d do with the Amulet, just that it would end the war. Suddenly he felt kind of used. Like a mindless pawn in a game of chess. He had no idea what Gloria would do, not the slightest inkling.
“Well, what Gloria does with it is her business. She’s queen, she can do whatever she wants with it.” He said non-committally, trying to hide his feelings, despite the feeling he got when she looked at him. It was like her bottomless grey eyes could see into his soul. That made him a little paranoid actually. What if she actually could see into his soul? With all the strange powers they’d been granted, who’s to say she couldn’t?
ooc-wowsers! your's was soo good! and it gave me material to make mine longer! *teary* Era you improve my writting!!

Standing still; I'm waiting round to see if this is real Cause I feel like I'm asleep
Fully aware of how he leaned against the railing, she watched him, as she watched how his face expression seemed to change, as she watched him ponder on her question. Trust Audrey to be random, her curiousity is just what leaks it out, that weak side of her. But everything, was up to who she was talking to, to accept that she was nothing more than a confused demon, who had some ‘naughty’ sidelines to help out in her twisted little world. Ever heard of, ‘there’s always a reason behind everything’? Well, isn’t that true? Look at Demetrius, how Alexander reacts explains those thoughtless ironies and the way he is now. It’s the same with almost everyone isn’t there? What made her much more curious was the world’s matter, what would be of the demons, if the angels had the amulet, and the angels, if the demons had it. His voice wrapped her snugly back into reality, as her eyes quickly regained back the focus.
“Well, I’d give it to Gloria if I had it and then she’d … we’ll she’d ... ”
“She’d?” She egged him on, wanting to know what he does. She wanted to peer into how his little mind works. What made her interested in knowing much of these angels. And again, with that voice. As Mendolion’s name cropped into her brain again. She bit her lip, as her eyes looked down at the bare space between them, lingering on the floor, as she hadn’t any clue how to stop this reckless voice. It kept popping in and out as it liked and it was is much of a bother. Her eyes fell back to his face, as he seemed to have an inner wracking with his brain, she couldn’t help giggling, noticing how his face looked confused. Ah. That explains how most of the female population came running just to fall into the arms of this certain angel. As he spoke, she watched him carefully, not purely satisfied by that. She wanted to know, more, what would be in store, for her. For the demons. For all off them. “Well, what Gloria does with it is her business. She’s queen, she can do whatever she wants with it.” The way he said it, it was as if he himself wasn’t really sure. Well, they’re on the same boat, this one. Well, nobody really knew. It was a mystery, how these things worked. How all of them, believed that the amulet is the only way to solve these matters. But, what if there is another way? What if, they could call a truce. Darn it, Audrey. She’d be in a worse state if this continued. If this confusion were to blacken her mind. It would soon affect her power. That was what the voice say, didn’t it? How, she could not fully, nor properly grasp her powers. She felt the anger burn her chest, the fury it had caused. She wouldn’t risk losing them. Never. She had to get her hands on it. The amulet. She’d do anything if that took her years. Did she not get what she want? Lately…
All you got is a lump in your throat and
More than you could chew….
You’ll fail Dri….
Solve one first, before you could do another.
Find out more…
Poke more…Ah. She hated it, how that voice kept egging her to keep poking more, to forget Lysander, to stop this childish banter with Alice and even, to let go of Elizabeth. She bit her lip, taking a small breath, as she looked through the glass once more, this time, the sky in view, as she looked at those puffy white clouds. How they form those shapes, how they mold in together, as if nothing in this world bothered them. She wanted to be like it, those clouds. She shook her head mentally, laughing at it. Those reckless thoughts, how she wanted to be a cloud. Her eyes turned to the Angel next to her, as she opened her mouth, but her mouth closed once more, as there seemed to be something troubling him. Her fingers reached forward to touch his but- STOP!
NO! You idiot.
Your powers will grow out of hand, won’t it trouble you?
And what of the juicy humans?
Won’t they notice. She hissed, just hearing the voice as her fingers automatically combed her hair, once more, feeling the curls bounce onto her fingers, as she let it go, letting it resume its position, on the bar. “You’re not interested?” Her eyes glazed onto his face, still holding that curious look, as how his innocence waved off how he had got her attention to him. The first sentence he had uttered getting her interested in this angel. “I mean, isn’t this bothering you? How, your- Queen, orders you to look for the amulet and bring it to her? No reward? No guarantee of living still? Nothing?” She breathed in the air, knowing how awkward she may have sounded now. She wasn’t really sure how she’d want to start this, but if it would stop that annoying voice, she’d rather start on her first layer of guilt. Her eyes watched his face, just observing him, wondering if he, too, wondered what she did, whether he wanted to know, what would happen, when they get back. She giggled slowly, as she remembered much about him. Nicholas, the guard of the Queen. Or something like that. “Have you wondered, oh mighty Nicholas? Protector of the Queen, it seems? Is your job only to succumb to your Queen’s wishes?” Her finger slowly patted her chin, in a wondering thought, as she continued to watch him, a smirk filled those lips of hers, bringing back its color. The normal bubblegum color, as those seductive grays crossed his face, resting on his eyes, noting how it seemed to reveal bits and bits about him. outofchocs: Oooh! LUVERLY POST! Sorry mine's lacking of muse ):[/blockquote][/blockquote]

``all the anger that I feel tell me that it's not real, don't let it take control
Nick could hear her edging him on as his fumbled for the words to describe what it was that Gloria would do with the Amulet once she got it. It frustrated him no end that he had no idea of what she was going to use it for. Think of it this way. His entire life Nick had served the queen. He was trained, groomed to be the ultimate warrior, all for her. Now, he was head of the royal guard, her personal bodyguard of sorts and freaking engaged to his daughter! Surely that merited some sort of information he should be privy to, like exactly what she had planned for the world. Nick had heard stories, talk of what the Amulet could do. No wonder it was coveted, it held the power to destroy worlds, wipe out entire races. Yet was that really the best? Nick wasn’t stupid. He’d seen that the entire world was made of light and dark. Even he himself, supposed to be full of good and pure energy, he knew in the corners of his mind lurked the potential for great destruction, of great evil. However, he chose not to use that potential, to keep it hidden away and secret. But it was always there, his infamous anger one outlet through which it always had its say.
Despite all this, Nick didn’t really wish any total ill on the Demons. If Gloria destroyed them, as far as he could tell the world would be unbalanced. Even though angels were considered ‘good’, too much ‘good’ could only be harmful right? All his life he’d trusted and served her, and he chose now to doubt Gloria? It was absurd, really, she was Queen, she’d only shown right judgement up to this point. He just had to trust that she knew what she was doing. Still, if he were say … king, which he will be once he and Alice are married then what would he do? Because now that this engagement was on, he may have to deal with this war once he’s in charge. As far as he can see, all there is was a silly fight, based around the fact that the two races were simply … different. They dealt with different parts of the human world, so couldn’t they just live together, in their own worlds, minding their business? When Nick remembered that It was Lysander destined to be King opposite him, the theory seemed almost impossible.
Pushing that topic to the back of his mind for the time being, he stood silently, watching her stand in front of him. Up until this point he had neglected to use her name, even in his own head. He didn’t exactly know why but his reasoning he supposed was that it made it that much harder to hate her when he used her name.
Just use it Nick
It’s not that simple
What’s a name going to do? Hurt you?
No, but …
But what?
He sighed as he argued with himself in his head. There was no reason for him not to use her name, after all, 6 letters couldn’t exactly harm him. Before he could work up the mental strength however some else totally unexpected brought him back to the present. He didn’t think she noticed, but Nick froze, hardly breathing when a split second before snatching it back, Audrey reached out her hand. She combed it through her hair instead and Nick felt the barest trace of regret that she hadn’t gone through with it. Her voice snapped him out of his dangerous thoughts as he realised he had been holding his breath. Feeling the mixed feelings from before being dredged up, he surprised himself by trying to answer her question honestly.
“Of course I’m interested. Don’t you think I’m wondering why I don’t know? Why I can’t answer the simple question of what my Queen is going to do with the most powerful object in the universe?”
He felt his anger building and he struggled to keep a hold of it, to squash it back down into the box in the back of his mind. Though her next comment pushed him that little further over the edge.
“I mean, isn’t this bothering you? How, your- Queen, orders you to look for the amulet and bring it to her? No reward? No guarantee of living still? Nothing?”
He felt the flames of his anger licking at the edge of his conscious, almost, just almost taking over. In the barest whisper he said with all honesty, “It doesn’t bother me Audrey, it hurts. Complete and utter devotion is the only thing Gloria demands, and I’ve given her every inch of mine. Of course this entire situation bothers me” He was almost shaking with all the anger he felt and he took a step away from Audrey, breathing deep and trying not to storm away. She held some sick hold over him. No matter how much he wanted to move away at this second, Nick knew he wouldn’t.
“Have you wondered, oh mighty Nicholas? Protector of the Queen, it seems? Is your job only to succumb to your Queen’s wishes?”
But of course, her voice was there again. Mocking, taunting him. He looked up at her, barely able to speak. Nick was split into a million different consciousnesses in that moment. One wanted to scream and shout and tear the building down, another wanted to be the bigger person and just walk away. Knowing which one to follow was the hard part. Still, for some strange reason he stayed, he stood there with her still.
“Let me ask you something Audrey” he said, feeling his voice shake with anger, “Is this all a game to you? This time on Earth, it’s all just fun and games isn’t it?”
Now it was Nick’s turn to lean over the railing almost hyperventilating.

Yesterday; I waited for your friends to walk away, So I could say just what I mean “Of course I’m interested. Don’t you think I’m wondering why I don’t know? Why I can’t answer the simple question of what my Queen is going to do with the most powerful object in the universe?”
Audrey’s eyes wavered a little, wincing how his voice seemed to grow edgy, showing more emotions, that she thought, would never exist in someone like him. She watched as how he used those words, how she craved, or even would go to the extent of begging him to never say it again. My queen. How cliché can this be? How ironic can it get? If there is something she never did like, it was slavery. Yeah. She manipulates. She does all the naughty little things that your silly brain could think of. But what really caught a fire to the end of a time bomb, was slavery. That word disgusted her as much as how it made her cringe and wish she were never born in the little demonic family of hers. With every spite he spit, she cringed away from him, not failing to show that she was ‘slightly’ afraid. He was a ‘big’ bad boy now. She was nothing more than a lil girl, sitting by the windows, having a hormonal breakdown. That would be what it was, through the glassy eyes of a human. Everything, starting from her distraught at these little problems, which grew larger and larger, so large, that she could not help asking what she did, and all this, landed on Nicholas. What more, is instore for this slender woman? She did not answer him, instead, she let it go to rest, knowing he was wondering as much as she did. But, had she only triggered him now, triggered what he was pondering, the moment she uttered those words? How long had it been?
“It doesn’t bother me Audrey, it hurts. Complete and utter devotion is the only thing Gloria demands, and I’ve given her every inch of mine. Of course this entire situation bothers me”
Her eyes snapped up to his, noticing how he was shaking, whereas, she was watching him, intently, like a cat going on a ballistic fury. She pleaded, whoever out there, to let him off, she had done enough damage, and if she was going to hurt him, she’d rather stop. All she wanted, was a bit of knowledge, but his fury is what she received. She wanted to hold out her hand, to touch him, calming him down, but she couldn’t, the voice, it was holding her back, almost immediately. What are you doing?
Do you think, this will work?
Doesn’t it bother you that he’s engaged?
You know what’ll happen when you touch him.
Your powers aren’t really controllable.
No.
Y- You’re wrong.
Leave Audrey, leave him…She bit her lip, as she looked out of the glassy windows, her eyes wide, as if terror spread through that body of hers, as she shivered once more.Leave? Of course she wanted to leave, she knew it’d be best for him, best for her, oh, for hell’s sake, best for everyone. But she can’t, as far as she tried to move those long limbs of hers, she can’t it was as if someone, had frozen her, in this position, leaving her the way she was, not wanting her to move. She bit her lip, ignoring the voice, as she willed her hand to reached out to him, only to find herself mocking him, instead. Her eyes looked away, another direction. Was this, what she wanted? To mock him, and spill things? She took a deep breath, as she turned her head, greeted by sheer anger, noting how his voice shook, as if the fury was hard to control, for once, she pitied an angel, she wanted so much to embrace him, to touch him, to touch those sorrowful lips, engulfing it in her own. But he was no normal human nor demon, awaiting her welcome to indulge in a taste for physical attraction. He was different, she could feel it etching in every part of her skin. “Let me ask you something Audrey, Is this all a game to you? This time on Earth, it’s all just fun and games isn’t it?” As he leaned on the railing, she watched him, her eyes slowly resuming the usual seductive grays, no longer narrowed nor widened, it was normal, but her face, showed wonder, as she thought about the question, wondering, whether, it is all a game to her. Slowly, her voice came out, silkier than before, but she made it out, intact, her emotions, mixed up. “It used to be… I-It all used to be fun and games.. B-but.” She looked down, at those polished knee high boots she wore, before her eyes looked over to his face, even though it was turned, even though he seemed to be hyperventilating. “I guess…. You’re right….about demons….being soft when they’re on Earth…” She looked at him, as slowly, her fingers touched his shoulder, refusing to have skin to skin contact, afraid it would unleash her power. She tilted her head, to peer back into that face, the face she had grown to love. No. That word is to strong. Admire? That’s more like it. She wanted to see his face once more, it was the only thing, that kept her whole. “Are you angry?” [/blockquote][/blockquote]

``these feelings can't be real because if they were we'd have a problem He was gaining control back now, slowly but surely. Good, if it’s one thing Nick hate more than anything, it was loosing control. Silly he knew, but it was the one thing he seemed to be able to control lately, just himself. Now that anger wasn’t clouding his vision, he regretted speaking to Audrey like that, regretted showing her that side of him. And most of all he regretted asking her something so harsh. He was just about to step up, finally walk away from all this when her voice once more held him to the spot, preventing him form moving.
“It used to be… I-It all used to be fun and games.. B-but.”
He listened like he wasn’t aware of her talking. During the short silence he almost lost in the contest of will between his muscles and his brain, he almost turned to look at her. Though before he could she continued.
“I guess…. You’re right….about demons….being soft when they’re on Earth…”
That one did it, now he was sure all he felt was remorse. For treating her like some unfeeling demon, some piece of wicked cruelty that had no true feelings. He peered down into the crowds once again, keeping his mind off the silence which seemed to last much longer than it actually did. He felt like he was getting into something deep here. No matter what happened, already he’d never be able to look at Audrey the same way again. She’d even managed to alter his perception of other demons; he wouldn’t be able to think of any of them the same way again, all because of her.
He felt like running in that instant. Call it instinct, but he had it all planned out in his head. With his power, he could easily create a distraction. He could cause a small explosion at the other end of the hall and run while she turned away. Or he could open a window letting a gust of wind in which would scatter the books of the students in the halls all around and escape in the confusion, all without moving a muscle, as was the diversity of his power. Though something unexpected happened which threw him off guard and squashed all plans of his escape.
He felt the lightest touch on his shoulder, the barest hint of a brush before he could feel the heat of her fingertips through the fabric of his shirt. So now running away was impossibility. He turned to look her in the eyes and was startled by what he saw in her eyes.
“Are you angry?”
It was such an innocent remark, but coming from her it was different. He couldn’t even manage to get his vocal chords working, he shock his head and finally managed to pull himself together.
“I was … but no, not anymore”
He stood silent, watching her with interest. His blue eyes stayed connected with her grey ones and he couldn’t help but try and see what was behind them, try and figure out what was going on in that head of hers. He broke the gaze, and it was as if the conscious he had at the beginning of their meeting came back and Gloria’s voice rang through his head again.
“Always remember, the Amulet is of prime importance. We can’t miss this unique opportunity”
What was he doing here? Did he actually … feel something? For Audrey? It was impossibility, an absurd thought, one which even though in the back of his mind he knew was true, he wasn’t willing to believe it just yet.
“Audrey, I have to go”
It was like he was having an out of body experience. He didn’t want to be saying what he was saying and yet, his mouth was moving anyway. He took a startled step back and brushed her hand off, their bare skin having contact for the splitest of seconds. Still, it was enough to send a jolt of electricity up Nick’s arm. It startled him, and he turned his back on Audrey, almost afraid of what that might have been. Though if one thing, Nick had always been stubborn.
“I’m so worried about this engagement that I thought up these feelings for Audrey” he thought, “that’s it, nothing more. It was just a chance to get away from reality”
Nick breathed deeply, walking away down the hall, even though at the back of his mind, a part of him, a rather large part wanted him to turn back.
ooc-oh, tell me if them having skin contact wasn't okay and I shall changies it! Drama drama!

You cause me confusion; You told me you cared, He's calling these changes that last to the end
“I was … but no, not anymore”
Her eyes watched his, as those grays of hers watched the blue irises, with much interest, as she scrutinized his nod to his voice. That voice, she recognized, just by the few minutes. There was something about him, something, she had to know. The nagging voice seemed to disappear, but just for a while, she couldn’t trust it much. Maybe it was furious, she did not listen to it, and leave? Maybe, it left for good? She pondered on it, though her eyes never left the angel. It couldn’t leave. It was a part of her. Well, it came when the troubles start, didn’t it? It was a part of her, wasn’t it? She slowly pushed it away from her thoughts, knowing it was useless to be thinking of what simple thoughts and voices which came unnaturally into that small head of hers. The slender girl, kept her hand there, feeling warmth on her hand, for once, was it the warmth of this angel? Or was it just his clothing. Slowly those seductive grays of hers seemed to be sunk into those astonishing blues. How it intrigued her, was a wonder, as he had never been this much intrigued, by someone, no less a demon. Even Lysander….No. Lysander’s different. They shared something, a common interest, but him, this Angel, there could be nothing particularly similar between them right? Besides the fiery temper…
Oh, you came back?
You think I’d leave easily?Call her paranoid, its just one of those words to slowly define the thoughts in her head. It was almost as if instantly, like a jolt had shot through him, she watched as he woke up, almost as if from a deep sleep. She looked away, right before his words hit her ears. Her eyes turned, to face his own, quickly. Ah. She knew it was too good to last. Afterall, he was an Angel, and she, a demon. She knew it was just a fantasy to have him talking casually to her like this, but she wanted soo much to ask him more, to find out more. Ah. She was in a nosy mood today. Well, name any girl, who wasn’t. Oh. She was making a mistake there. Let’s rephrase it. Well, name any female demon who wasn’t. “Audrey, I have to go” She could do nothing but watch, as he took a step back, before his skin came into contact with hers, she quickly had her hand retreated. No. It couldn’t be. It musn’t. Not now of all times. She’d- No. Slowly she shook her head, watching as he walked away.Slowly, she felt her slender body slid onto solid ground, as she fell into a kneeling position, hyperventilating. She felt the same familiar emotions, surrounding her, it wasn’t her own, for a minute there, she felt somewhat overprotective over Alice, if she was herself now, she would stick her tongue out. She felt somewhat a stabbing pain, almost as if to say, jealousy, slight jealousy, as she felt what he did towards Alice. No. This is no time, to think about this. She should stop. No. Run away….
I told you to leave….
You did not listen…
I can’t.It was as if right on cue, that she felt calm. Was it over? Was this just it? It stopped? Things seemed to good to be true, right when the sound of glass crashing right where Nicholas was, made her turn, curiously. This- Was this his- She watched as almost immediately a gust of wind, much too strong to handle windy days, as slowly, it seemed that almost everything was rising, was it a tamper with gravity? No. She bit her lip, her eyes on the Angel, just metres away, her voice a mere breathless tone. Could this really happen? “H-How do you stop this?” You idiot!
Its your powers doing it!
You should stop it!That did the trigerring, just those thoughts, as she glared, into thin air, much panic struck that small head of hers, as she replied furiously, Well, what could you do?
You’re just an irritating piece of thought which never left!
Can you solve this?It was as if right on que, the wind grew stronger, and her head seemed to hurt her, everything was exhausting her, as beads of perspiration formed on her forehead. No. She never did perspire. Insanely enough, she’s starting to, her face lost all of its color, a paleness settled in, as her stomache twisted and churned. You’re losing power.
Concentrate!
I told you, to get away from him.
And getting angry is not going to help.
Oh, jolly, you’re flying. She wanted so much to retort back but all she could do, was try, hard as she could, to will it all away, even if it took the last of her energy. She couldn’t risk humans knowing about this. Slowly she tried to, but the more her small little head tried, the more it tampered with her lost cause, and her body was but a limp source. Her eyes slowly turned to Nicholas, soft exhausting breathes coming out of her lips, her eyes pleading for him to stop this. There is a way, afterall, it was his power. “P-Please?” outofchocs:Ah! Sorry! Not too much drama! Its a bad post! -smacks post-[/blockquote][/blockquote]

``control is the simplest thing however it seems to be the thing I'm lacking most Nick dodged the slightly thinned crowd, his feet seemed determined to get him away from Audrey as fast as they could before his mind re-gained control over his body. He didn’t know why he didn’t want to leave her. Common sense would have told him that it was right for him to leave, but despite it all, it didn’t seem right in his mind. Finally, this new part of his mind took over and he stopped turning around. Audrey wasn’t overly tall but he now couldn’t see her over the crowd. He fought with himself for a few split seconds. He should leave, she obviously could, because he couldn’t see her anymore. But something told him to turn around, to look back, and despite his better judgement he did just that.
He strode back to where he could see where he and Audrey had been standing, only to find her on the floor, hyperventilating again. He didn’t understand why at first, but he couldn’t just leave her there.
“Audrey, are you okay?”
He said hesitantly, before a massive smash could be heard behind him, the glass in a nearby window shattering by itself, sending sharp shards flitting through the air. The now bare entrance let an un-naturally strong breeze through the corridors, whipping everything that wasn’t tied down into the air. Nick’s eyes instantly became serious, searching for the source of this un-naturally strange event. Realisation hit him almost at once, it was exactly what he had thought of doing as a distraction to get away from Audrey. Though the only power capable of something like that as far as he knew was his own.
“H-How do you stop this?”
Nick was stunned, as he turned back to Audrey. She was still on the floor, and it didn’t look as if she was winning whatever silent battle she was partaking in. Nick didn’t fully understand what was going on, but he knew that the source of this pandemonium was supernatural, and at this point, it was most likely coming from Audrey, who either possessed the same power as he did or had a power capable of duplicating his own. But why did it only just happen? Why not as soon as the two had come into contact?
“Act now, ask for explanations later!”
His mind screamed at him to fix this before they were both exposed. Thankfully, all of the humans in the hallway seemed to be more focused on which way their homework was flying. But Nick couldn’t move, this was all too strange, even for him.
“Audrey … what’s going on?” he heard himself say.
“P-Please?”
Shocked, he kneeled down in front of her, wracking his brains for anything that he knew which could stop this. So, Audrey couldn’t control this power properly, it seemed to be the most obvious explanation at this point. So how did he control his power?
“This is really simple, we can fix this okay?” he said, almost re-assuring himself as much as her. He realised he’d need to work quickly, she didn’t look too well. “Okay, what I do is visual what I want to happen, that’s how I control it. So, just see it in your head, see the hallway back to normal, see everybody walking around like it’s a normal day, like it was only a few minutes ago. You can do it Audrey” he said, trying desperately not to panic.
ooc-no! yours was awesomeness! Mine are always lame attempt at drama which comes out as something like a soapie! lol and mine is short!!! *curses self*

You cause me confusion; You told me you cared, He's calling these changes that last to the end
“Audrey, are you okay?”
Just by the sound of her name, coming from his voice made her feel reassured, as if something, slowly pressing her down, embracing her, edging her to try, and control this mess she made. But everything was too late, everything started to go haywire, and her head was aching, as the jabbing pain kept her crouched low, her eyes almost watering as she looked at him, She half wanted for her life to end right now, it was pointless going on, especially when she passed the point of no return. She was growing weaker, without her realizing or not, everything exhausted her, from those reckless thoughts, down to her obstacle courses and to add it to the matter, Nicholas’s power combined with hers was the last she could take- Ah. If only she could die right now. Half willing for the wind to stop blowing, she tried, but all she could get was the muddled voices, and some thoughts which wasn’t hers. It was almost abnormal.
No. its not time for that.
Concentrate Audrey…
Try harder.
Its your power doing it, he’s just a tool to this mistake you made.
T-Tool?
Oh for the sake of Hell’s Court, get rid of this blistering wind!
“Audrey … what’s going on?”
She could do nothing more but plead, plead to that voice to save everyone, even if he evacuated the building and leave her alone, she wouldn’t mind, she didn’t want anything to do with this rotten world. It was better to have her banished back to Hell’s Court. She could hear his breathes, as she felt someone kneeling before her, right in front of her, as those amazing blue eyes peered at hers, her very own grays, and she could do nothing, but breathe, breathe as the wind almost lift her limp body up, managing to whip locks of hair onto her face, as she felt paper swish past her body, crouching lower, as the weight of her chest seemed to increase, everything seemed to hurt her far too much. She was only inches away, from those drooping eyes. She wasn’t sleepy. No. Far from that, it was the impact of far too many things squeezed into that little head of hers which caused aching pain.
For once, she felt helpless, like a little ragdoll, stranded in the alleyways, as if just being used, and then throwned away. She hated Lysander for not looking at her the way he looked at the human. She hated the human who got her hands on the amulet and she hated herself for being this weak. Too much hatred piled up in that blackened heart, slowly molding it, causing the half breathless Audrey, to force energy to her hands, to keep her up, just to perk her ears, to listen to whatever the Angel had to say. Whatever he had to say, somehow, it was as if energy was back at her possession for a moment, but those thoughts in her head, it kept whirring, it was his voice too, she just couldn’t stop it. It almost made it hard to hear his voice, what with the million voices surrounding her head, the same voice, but repeated millions times over.
“This is really simple, we can fix this okay?”
Slowly, his voice seem to echo almost immediately, louder than the others, dissolving her other thoughts. Simple, he says? Of course it was simple for him, it was his power she was ‘borrowing’ and his thoughts that she had caged in her head. Thoughts of how he regretted the engagement fluttered by, distracting her, as one by one, the window panes crashed, she could hold it no longer, moaning, in defeat, for she was about to burst, any time soon. Slowly as she could hear his thoughts about her, she felt the wind calming slightly, but still strong. His voice brought her back, as it grew stronger than the others, stronger than the thoughts. “Okay, what I do is visual what I want to happen, that’s how I control it. So, just see it in your head, see the hallway back to normal, see everybody walking around like it’s a normal day, like it was only a few minutes ago. You can do it Audrey” Visualisation? The motivation he gave her, it was almost to panicky, but she somehow tried, forcing herself, trying to wave those thoughts, as the adrenaline drained off her face, as her face turned into a deep pale color, her cheeks no longer flushed, but a dull white. Her hand, balled into fists showed white knuckles, as she clenched further, the nails digging furiously in. Aud-
What-
No-
I-All at once, those voices seemed to flood her head, pushing the scene away, as all she saw, was black. She wanted to say something, she couldn’t do it. The smash waved things away. She could not concentrate. She could not visualize. Not while his thoughts were running, as she felt shards of glass fall onto her, one piercing her arm., as the pain was nothing compared to what she felt in her inner body. Her fingers reached for the glass, if only she could pierce it through, but will it work? She wasn’t human. It wouldn’t hurt trying, the grime, blood grime, was felt on her hand, as she crunched the glass, slowly, lifting- Try….
Try to resist.
You lived a life of complication.
Confusion even,
Never once did you give up…
Try harder…
Are you implying you’ll end your life?
Is that the end of it?Her breathing deepened, as if she had a new hope. Sometimes, these thoughts were just what she needed., what she needed to try harder. It was her subconscious speaking, as she closed her eyes for a moment, visualizing what she did, the clear skies. The glass back where it was, and the wind gone. It was as if immediately, the impact returned, as her limp body fell, as she breathed more, her chest heaving, as she closed her eyes, slowly, those thoughts faded, only to be replaced by the familiar thoughts, she usually heard, almost soothing, as her limp body, lay on the ground, not caring for a thing in this world. Put down the glass Audrey…Almost as if immediately, she let the shards go, her face white as sheet, as she felt it gone. Is it over?
If you wish it to be…outofchocs:Ah! Sorry! I was museless! Yours was goood![/blockquote][/blockquote]

``i found the sure to growing older and you're the only place that feels like home As he knelt in front of Audrey, wind whipping his hair too and fro, Nicholas Strope realised that regardless wether they could stop this or not, he was going to have a lot of explaining to do. Wind was a common thing, especially around this time of year. Wind which broke almost every window in the hallway and began to levitate people, now that was a different matter all together. Nick heard an almighty smash behind him as some poor traumatised girl screamed.
‘There goes another window’
Nick focussed back on Audrey sitting in front of him. She looked ready to drop, her cheeks were … well, they weren’t even a colour anymore they were that pale. He felt a pang of concern for her but let it flit away. Despite all this, Audrey seemed determined to stop all of this, and Nick couldn’t help but admire her a little bit. He had no idea how she’d gotten control of his powers but it had taken weeks for him to train his mind to not wander. Even a few silly fantasies about a mean teacher being set on fire would have serious consequences. Sure, it had made him a little less approachable and a whole lot less ‘human’, but it was what it took to keep the school safe around him.
Another window smashed, closer by this time and sent shards of glass slicing through the air. One caught Nick on the hand as he reached out to Audrey and sliced his palm open. It was just a surface cut, nothing really but the blood that trickled slowly out was an odd and unfamiliar sensation to an angel. However, it was nothing compared to Audrey’s situation. One piece of glass had lodged itself in her arm and Nick watched in horror as blood sullenly oozed out of the point where glass met flesh.
Despite the craziness of the thought, especially in a time like this, Nick couldn’t help but curse himself for not stopping the glass. How could he have? It was a kind of strange accident, one which would have been hard to stop if he’d seen it coming anyway.
‘I could have stopped it somehow, I’m an angel, we protect people’
‘Yes, but she’s not a person is she, she’d a demon’
‘But I still –‘
‘Focus on the task at hand’
While his internal battle was going on, Audrey seemed to have won her own. The air died down slowly and when Nick came back to the scene around him, she was lying on the floor, glass tinkled to the ground around her, landing in the blood from her arm. It reflected the sunlight which had been let in through the now open windows and bathed her in a strange crimson light. The entire scene shocked Nick to the core. Even though she was a demon, and something like this couldn’t kill her, t he sheer volume of blood was enough to startle him. That along with the fact of how peacefully innocent she looked lying there and the hard linoleum floor.
Looking around, Nick realised that this was the chance to get away in the confusion before questions which would be difficult to answer were thrown around. But he couldn’t just leave Audrey there, and she was obviously too weak to walk anywhere. Making a split second decision, he picked her up and took her to the nearest empty class room, lying her over the teacher’s desk. Working quickly, his body almost on auto pilot, he removed the shirt he was wearing, revealing a simple white singlet underneath. He pressed the shirt over the cut on her arm. It was deep, but once he staunched the bleeding, she should be fine.

So I lay my head back down; And I lift my hands, I pray to be only Yours
Lying there, on the hard cold floor, she started to regain her breath, as the smell of metallic blood stunk her nose. The pain in her hand seemed to be what was stopping her from fully regaining back her energy. For a moment there, she forgot everything, from Nicholas, to the fact that she was in the human world, to the amulet. All she heard was the voices in her head, singing the old lullaby, where the maid back in hell court used to hum her to sleep, when she kept asking silly questions that nobody could answer. What was this? Home-sickness? No, she could go back and here as she pleased, but it was different, as face after face appeared in her memory, from the guards in Hell Court, to the male in this world, which she fraternized with, as a pair of strong arms seemed to engulf her, feeling something hard and warm, on her head, her eyes flickered open, slowly, as she saw his face, strained. A soft smile , appeared on her face, a genuine smile, Slowly, her soft voice voiced out.
“Thank you…”
It was almost immediately, everything blacked out. Nothing she could hear, it was as if she was in a deep sleep, right before she felt something soft pressing on her hand, as she winced, her eyes fluttered open once more. This dream seemed too soon to last, as a face came into view, she turned her head, as tables and chair came into view. What is this place? Oh. Right. The classroom. A voice, soft yet endearing, called out to her, as she faced him.
“Audrey, can you hear me?”
“Y-yes…” Her answer was short, almost immediately, as she tried to sit up, forcing her body up, slowly, she came to a sitting position, as her eyes fell onto the shirt he pressed on her hand, she opened her mouth to retort but the cut on his palm seemed to got her attention, for she slowly took out the handkerchief in her skirt pocket, before slowly freeing her hurt hand, to pull his hand towards her, setting it on her lap, as she dabbed the piece of clothe on his hand, before tying it around, like a bandage. “I hope you don’t mind….. its pink.” She bit her lip, blushing slightly, giving him a glare, daring him to tease her on the pink-ness. She sighed, as she looked at him, her cheeks still pink, realizing he was close to showing his bare chest, her eyes lingered, almost maliciously on his tanned muscles, as she bit her lip, forcing herself to control this. It was surprising but true, how her voice seemed to disappear, somehow, she wanted it to come back, she was getting lonely, though she was just inches away from Nick, she felt awkward, it was as if, she wanted. No. craved to hug him, it was unreasonable but true. Don’t you have loads to ask him?
You’re here?
Audrey, you naïve little demon….
Do you think I’ll leave easily?
I am part of you..Her gray seductive eyes looked up at his, as she slowly comprehend that angelic face, before slowly saying, “Erm, if you don’t mind me asking…. Were you forced to marry Alice?” She looked away quickly, to hide the small flush creeping on her cheeks, bringing back the color of her face. “Ah- you don’t have to answer that..” ooc: Sowwie! I’ll do better next time![/blockquote][/blockquote]
